Advanced training in work skills and sales skills

In June 2019, Truong Giang organized training for the entire sales team in Hanoi to enhance individual skills as well as teamwork abilities.

This initiative aimed to keep pace with the development of sales practices in the industrial equipment sector, improving Truong Giang's competitiveness. It also sought to develop and enhance the sales skills of each individual in TGE's sales team, fostering a stronger connection among team members and improving work performance.

After the training course, the sales team felt energized, with a significant boost in their work motivation. The company's attention to training has shown positive initial results.
