110kV Tan Hung Substation, Ho Chi Minh City.

Recently, Tay Ninh Power Company (part of the Southern Power Corporation) and related units completed the upgrade of the T2 transformer capacity at the 110 kV Tan Hung Substation (Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province) from 110 kV - 40 MVA to 110 kV - 63 MVA.

Currently, the 110 kV Tan Hung Substation operates with two transformers: T1 (40 MVA) and T2 (63 MVA).

Recently, the Tan Hung Substation has been operating at full capacity due to the rapid industrialization in Tan Chau District.

It is expected that in the first quarter of 2020, Tay Ninh Power Company will continue to upgrade the remaining transformer (T1) to 63 MVA, ensuring a reliable power supply for the expansion of the Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster as well as for the entire Tan Chau District.
